Trifexis has the generic form of Interceptor heartworm prevention, (milbemycin oxime) that treats and controls heartworms, hookworms, roundworms, and whipwporms, and Comfortis, our preimiun flea control. Comfortis a tablet starts killing fleas in 30 min and lasts for 1 month in one  chewable tablet.

 

Scalibor Tick Collar: for those dogs that just don't stay in the yard and can't stay out of the pond.

The Scalibor Protector band will kill all blood-feeding stages of ticks for 6 months. Kills fleas for 6 months.

It is odorless and waterproof for those dogs that have to visit the pond everyday. Protection will not wash off even with a bath. Very affordable, about 1/2 the cost of monthly flea and tick control.

These are Duck flavored pill pockets for dogs with food allergies that are not supposed to eat chicken or beef and have to take medication regularly.

Vectra : Flea control,  in a top spot for dogs and cats.

Vectra came out in 2009 and is stepping up to the challenge, taking on fleas.  It is fast acting, starts killing in 2 hours.  Long lasting protection, remains effective even after swimming or bathing if you use soap free shampoo. 

Comfortis: Oral Flea Control

Comfortis: was a premium flea control for those dogs that do not need tick control. A chewable tablet that begins killing fleas in 30 min after the pill is taken. Lasts for a month. The key is the pill hast to be taken with a meal to work the most effectively. you can bathe your dog as often as  you like and not worry you are washing off the flea control or losing effectiveness. No residue on their haircoat.

 

Frontline Plus: Used to treat fleas and ticks on cats and dogs. A top spot that lasts for 1 month. Still the only product we have that works on cats for ticks. 

Revolution: a top spot for cats and dogs. This product is absorbed into the bloodstream, and not just for fleas it is also heartworm prevention. Treats and controls ear mites in dogs and cats. treats and controls  Sarcoptic Mange Mites, controls only American dog ticks. In cats it will deworm for hookworms and roundworms. I think it is the best product out there for cats.

 

Interceptor: A monthly tablet for heartworm prevention and intestinal parasite control of hookworms, roundworms, and whipworms.

 

Mycodex Plus Environmental Control: An Aerosol Household Spray. Breaks the lifecycle of the flea and controls reinfestations for up to 210 days. Contains NYLAR® an Insect growth regulator. If you use any kind of product for your house and yard make sure it has an insect growth regulator so the fleas cannot reproduce. Mycodex also kills ticks, roaches spiders, lice, crickets, centepedes, waterbugs, silverfish, and sowbugs. A great product to have on hand for any pest emergency.

 

Ovitrol Plus: Flea tick and bot spray for dogs cats and horses. Ovitrol Plus kills and repels fleas, ticks, lice, flies, mosquitos, and gnats. Good for those dogs and horses that get their ears eaten up by flies in the summer, or run into a nest of ticks. This product has PRECOR® for its insect growth regulator. This spray can be used for those animals on heartworm prevention and flea control and it is too soon to reapply the topical monthly control, or only occasionally exposed to ticks and fleas, or that may need that extra protection that the topical and oral products cant't cover. This can be applied weekly.
